Our hearts are still filled with love and joy for this sweet couple. Winnie + Patrick, you’re day was nothing short of magic. Words cannot express how much we enjoyed getting to work with the both of you. From the sweetest letters to surprising everyone with the best first dance (which was to none other than Hoedown Throwdown by Miley Cyrus) to the yummy donuts from Duck Donuts  and delicious-mouth watering food choices, we cant help but smile every time we think about your day.

Winnie + Patrick’s love was fully on display for all to witness at the Leslie-Alford Mims House. These two most definitely make a perfect pair. Their fun spirits and goofy personalities make it so much fun to be around and there was not a dry eye during the ceremony or Father-Daughter dance. It is so evident that Winnie + Patrick have a blast together, which made our time with them even sweeter. They enjoyed a night full of laughs, dancing, good food and so much love with all of their friends and family.

We had the pleasure of working with such an amazingly talented vendor team for this sweet styled shoot showing us all how it’s done when it comes to throwing a beautiful dinner party to kick off your newlywed status. It was a beautiful day, the sun shining bright, there were laughs all around and so much love in the air.

It is with a grateful heart that we share with you our feature in Style Me Pretty. We cannot thank everyone enough for coming together to pull off such a stunning shoot at The Bradford. The beautiful shots from both, Live View Studios brought us such stunning photographs and Amber from Six Foot Photography embodied everything this styled shoot was meant to be in a video for all to see.

That beautiful lady with the bright smile in the photo above is Randi from Sugar Euphoria! We were ecstatic when Randi agreed to answer a few questions for us about herself, her amazing Kickstarter Campaign and her lovely bakery. Randi’s bright smile and sweet personality is extremely contagious and we absolutely love any and every opportunity we have to work with her.

Randi owns Sugar Euphoria, a custom cake design studio and bakery in Raleigh, North Carolina. Not only does Sugar Euphoria bake cakes, but they also bake sweets for dessert bars, like cupcakes, macarons, cake pops, and more. We definitely encourage you to stop by some time and if you do we suggest you try ANYTHING with lemon! It’s our favorite.

We had the chance to ask Randi a few questions and we thought you all would enjoy hearing a little more about the lady behind the cakes.

Where are you from?
I was born and raised in Nassau, Bahamas – the country of sun, sand, and sea.

How did you get in to baking?
Growing up,  I spent every Sunday baking with my mom and grandmother.  It wasn’t until after I graduated college that I really started to explore the world of cake design.

What is your favorite item on the menu?
Hands down, the brownie sandwiches!  Especially the cookie dough and chocolate ganache version.

What was your inspiration for the Kickstarter Campaign?
Sugar Euphoria has seen exponential growth in the past year.  Our current space was perfect when we first moved in, but now we’re getting really cramped.  In order to continue to create quality desserts, we need to expand and I feel like Kickstarter is the fastest way to rally support and funding.

Sterling Brown from “This is Us” is my new crush!

If you could only keep five possessions, what would they be?
My IPhone, passport, detangler, Kitchenaid mixer and CakeSafe.

If you could travel anywhere in the world where would you go?
To Bali! It’s a 2017 goal.

Sugar Euphoria’s quant shop that the team started with in 2015 can’t keep up any longer with the high demand for their delicious + sweet treats. We are so happy for them to have found a new store front, bigger and better than before! But, they need your help. There are a lot of costs that go in to opening a new shop, especially for the kitchen. Your donation will help Randi and the Sugar Euphoria team complete the kitchen upgrades with everything needed to create amazing sweets + treats.
