He has been a driving forced behind this season’s tasting, taking great care to design a menu that will surprise and please each guest’s palate. Using inspiration from the unique recipes of each Bond Brothers brew, Bo designed a tasting menu that will move guests through a progression of bright citrus flavors and end with toasty sweetness.
