It’s no secret to my colleagues how much I LOVE participating in styled shoots. Ask Belle’s Catering on board, and we will almost always respond with an immediate ecstatic YES. Not only do styled shoots give us a creative outlet, they also allow us the opportunity to work with some extremely talented industry leaders. We get to practice our craft, network, and learn from the best of the best. I just adore collaborating with creative professionals who artistically know no bounds, who challenge my creativity, and who inspire me to perfect my trade!
One of those wicked inspiring creatives we admire is lifestyle/wedding blogger, Lexi Holzberg Kritzer, creator of Glitter, Inc. This savvy business lady has style and smarts for days, giving us major boss lady goals. When she and Mikkel Paige (another one of our FAVs) asked Belle’s to join their vendor team for a styled shoot at The Glass Box, we were honored and giddy with excitement. With other vendors on board such as Eclectic Sage, Sugar Euphoria, and Bella Joviality, this shoot was sure to shock and awe.
The design inspiration for the shoot was inspired by Pantone’s colors of the year, Serenity and Rose Quartz. Design elements and set props followed a paper-crafted wedding theme, featuring lots of handmade details and metallic pops. It was a long production day fueled by countless basil lattes (thank you Lucette!), full of giggles, industry chat, and professional advice. Everyone worked with high energy, motivated by the beauty that our work continued to unveil. From the floral decor to the delicious food, every vendor’s contributing product/service honored the shoot’s branding. The end result was pure style perfection!
A couple months after wrapping, the team received news the shoot was to be featured on Ruffled, one of our favorite wedding blogs. Aside from the shoot’s publication, unique concept, and intricate details, we also built some pretty precious new friendships, making this styled shoot forever one of our favorites!
